These terms govern your use of Clear & Current ("the app"), published by JPL Advisory LLC ("we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The app is a personal productivity tool that guides you through a weekly review of your systems, projects, and obligations. It is intended to encourage busy professionals to adopt a weekly review habit, regardless of whether they practice the GTD (Getting Things Done) methodology or another productivity system. Neither this app nor its methodology is the official product of David Allen Company nor its affiliates. Most features work fully offline. Creating an account is optional and enables cloud backup/sync of your review data across your own devices, plus an optional AI-generated insights feature. The app is available for a one-time purchase price of $4.99 USD (or the equivalent shown in your local currency and App Store region — see the App Store listing for the current price). There is no subscription, recurring billing, or in-app purchase — paying once grants full access to every feature, indefinitely.
You must be able to form a binding contract to create an account, and must provide accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
You own the review data and other content you enter into the app. By using the optional AI insights feature, you allow us to send your review data (completion counts and Quick Tally counts — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what) to our AI provider solely to generate a summary for you. We don't use your content for any other purpose, and we don't share it publicly.
Please don't use the app to violate any law, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's data, interfere with the app's normal operation, or reverse engineer the service beyond what's permitted by applicable law.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated content will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
You may stop using the app, or permanently delete your account and associated data, at any time from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect any change. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
