Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. The app works fully offline. Creating an account is only needed if you want your review history backed up and synced across your own devices, or want AI-generated insights.

How do I delete a week's review data?

Open the History or Past Reflections tab, find the week, and tap the trash icon on that row.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings (the gear icon) → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all of your synced data from our servers. This cannot be undone.

How do I turn off the weekly reminder?

Open Settings → Weekly Reminder and toggle it off.
